See me attack Coca Cola on PBS

I forgot I had given an interview to PBS a few months back on ground water depletion by Coca Cola in Rajasthan... Well, the programme with a couple of my bites ran a couple of nights back on News Hour.

The transcript is here and those with reasonable bandwith can see the streaming video here. Total length is around 8 minutes in all.

[If there are any tech-savvy readers who can tell me how to save the video file and do a screen capture of some of its images, please let me know in the comments section below]

Using the DownloadHelper extension for Firefox (http://www.downloadhelper.net/), you can download the video in flv format. You can play it using VLC or convert it to any format.

To do a screen capture, Adobe captivate is a good application. You can try free for 30 days.

If the first comment was not useful, i.e. the flv download format, you could try Camstudio. This is completely free, I have used it with good results, the following should help you in downloading it.
http://camstudio.org/
Proof of it being a legit software: http://www.download.com/CamStudio/3000-13633_4-10067101.html

Tweak the settings to record voice from the waveout mix and video using DivX.

Do drop comment here itself for further help.
