I forgot I had given an interview to PBS a few months back on ground water depletion by Coca Cola in Rajasthan... Using the DownloadHelper extension for Firefox (http://www.downloadhelper.net/), you can download the video in flv format. You can play it using VLC or convert it to any format.
To do a screen capture, Adobe captivate is a good application. You can try free for 30 days.
If the first comment was not useful, i.e. the flv download format, you could try Camstudio. This is completely free, I have used it with good results, the following should help you in downloading it.

Tweak the settings to record voice from the waveout mix and video using DivX.

You can download VLC player from http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html . VLC player can play videos of any format and you can capture the images with ease.
