There is enough legal evidence to extradite him and we all know that.
And India has every right to demand Azhar's extradition. If pakistan is not ready to extradite Masood Azhar that clearly shows that there is a stong alliance between terrorists and the Pakistani establishment (govt, army) and they are not serious about fighting terror.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13437119.post-60803472884669375332009-01-08T12:57:00.000+05:302009-01-08T12:57:00.000+05:30Strictly, it is not correct to say that India did ...Strictly, it is not correct to say that India did not provide any evidence to Pakistan earlier (prior to the handing over of the complete dossier this week). In fact India had provided three most important pieces of evidence to the *whole world*

(1) photos of the attackers and some of their details

(2) The fact that the handlers in pakistan used voice over internet protocol to communicate with the terrorists while they were in action.

(3)Terrorists arrived via sea.

And father and mother of Kasab were identified.

These are the most crucial pieces in the evidence and this was available to everyone in the world!
Once this is known, pak govt can easily obtain the rest by their own investigation, if they were serious about it.

So please do not say that we did not provide any evidence before presenting the complete dossier -- we did it publicly.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
